As a Fabric Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our sourcing operations, working with a variety of suppliers to secure the best materials at competitive prices. You'll manage the entire procurement process, from initial supplier research to final delivery, ensuring that our fabrics meet our stringent quality standards.
This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within one of Indonesia's leading textile companies.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international fabric suppliers.
- Source, negotiate, and oversee the procurement of fabrics for our latest collections.
- Manage the entire procurement process, from initial supplier research to final delivery.
- Ensure that all fabrics meet our stringent quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with our Sample Room, product developers, and manufacturers to align on fabric requirements.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to maintain quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform our sourcing strategies.
- Manage budgets and ensure that our fabric procurement is cost-effective and profitable.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabric sourcing or a related role in the textile industry.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of textile materials, fibers, and finishes.
- Experience with sourcing software such as SAP or similar systems.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
