As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, from invoice processing to payment approval, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will also work closely with the Finance Manager to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approval, and payment.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices, maintaining good vendor relationships.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the accounts payable department.
• Train and supervise junior staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies that support the company's growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong background in financial processes and systems.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
