📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate cargo operations, including stowage control and loading/unloading schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and cargo handling best practices.
• Manage cargo documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and customs declarations.
• Monitor inventory levels and cargo movements to prevent delays or losses.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve cargo-related issues.
• Train and mentor junior staff on cargo handling procedures and safety protocols.
• Utilize SAP and cargo handling software to track and manage cargo operations efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cargo handling, logistics, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in cargo handling, safety, and compliance regulations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid cargo handling certification (e.g., IATA, ISM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
