📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning, ensuring that all rooms are spotless and well-stocked with amenities.
• Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and laundry machines, to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle and dispose of linens, towels, and other textiles in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation and service of guest rooms, including making beds, changing sheets, and replenishing toiletries.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints related to room cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and cleaning techniques to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and learn from colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with guests and colleagues.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and laundry machines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and demands.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
