📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws
• Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Lead and mentor HR team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
• Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
