📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify and assess potential customers, with a focus on Wings restaurants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Wings restaurant owners, providing personalized financial advice and support.
• Assist customers in completing and submitting loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
• Provide comprehensive financial education to Wings restaurant owners, helping them understand the terms and conditions of the loan products offered by Bank MAS.
• Monitor and report loan performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns to promote our financial products to Wings restaurants.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in microfinance and financial inclusion.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or a related field, with a focus on microfinance or financial inclusion.
• Strong understanding of unsecured loan products and the financial needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Certification in financial services or microfinance is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
