• Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational clients across our global subsidiaries in Jakarta Raya.
• Develop and implement tailored financial solutions to meet the unique needs of our international clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth within our global network.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for our clients.
• Represent Standard Chartered at industry events and conferences to strengthen our brand and network.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for our global subsidiaries in Jakarta Raya.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in relationship management within the banking industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing high-value client relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including but not limited to, corporate banking, investment banking, and wealth management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with banking software and systems, such as Core Banking Solutions and Risk Management Systems.
• Certification in financial services or a related field is a plus.
