• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute engaging content strategies.
• Promote live streams across various digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor audience feedback and adjust content in real-time to ensure a positive and immersive experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and digital engagement.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative content ideas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a live streaming host or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past work.
• Proven ability to engage and captivate live audiences, with a talent for storytelling and communication.
• Familiarity with live streaming software and platforms, such as Zoom, OBS Studio, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple live streams simultaneously.
• Professional and personable demeanor, with the ability to represent Centumid with pride.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
