📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist head chefs in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, meeting deadlines and production targets.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.
• Learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques as required.
• Assist in training new team members on kitchen procedures and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Cook Helper or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
