📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize 4D models using Navisworks and Synchro
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate 4D planning into project workflows
• Analyze project schedules and identify potential bottlenecks or delays
• Provide construction sequencing recommendations to optimize project timelines
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of 4D planning activities
• Stay updated on the latest construction technologies and industry trends
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the professional development of the team
• Support project managers and site supervisors in making informed decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in 4D planning and construction management
• Proficiency in 4D modeling software such as Navisworks and Synchro
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles and practices
• Certification in Lean Construction or Six Sigma is a plus
