As an HR Generalist, your daily tasks will include conducting job interviews, managing employee records, and organizing training and development programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct job interviews and manage the recruitment process
- Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs
- Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and productive work environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
