In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking and reordering,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment,Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel for timely stock receipts,Prepare and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Perform other administrative tasks as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
