Apotek Citra Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of the store, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Manage budgets and ensure profitability of the store.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Certifications in food safety and handling are a plus.
