📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Lead and mentor the F&B service team, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and improve service quality through regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.

  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.
