📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops.
  • Create and maintain learning materials and resources.
  • Conduct needs analysis and assessment to identify training requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure learning programs are relevant and engaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or limited experience in learning and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and practices.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Passionate about learning and development and eager to grow within the role.
