📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, including VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable taxes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide training and support to junior accountants and other team members as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems, including SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
