📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the hotel's performance and profitability.
  • Manage the hotel's staff, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Ensure that the hotel meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the hotel's stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and local authorities.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences.
  • Monitor and analyze the hotel's financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that the hotel's reputation is maintained and enhanced.

    Kualifikasi:

  • A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a high-end hotel.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and local language.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
