📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greeting and assisting customers upon arrival and departure.,Answering phone calls and directing calls to the appropriate departments.,Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.,Maintaining accurate records of customer visits and transactions.,Assisting with reservations and table arrangements.,Ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Assisting with other front desk tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
