📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing daily kitchen operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients.,Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge in Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
