As an Assistant Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and staff.,Prepare and set up banquet facilities, including tables, decorations, and equipment.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the event and facilities.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth execution of events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area throughout the event.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event evaluation to ensure everything is in order for the next event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of basic computer skills, including word processing and email.
