📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Assist with student registration, enrollment, and orientation.
  • Manage student records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to resolve student concerns.
  • Promote campus events, activities, and services to enhance student engagement.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of student services programs.
  • Monitor student satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in student services, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with student information systems and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Valid work authorization in Indonesia.
