📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.

Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

Monitor food costs and contribute to menu planning and development.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team morale.

Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Proven track record of working in a luxury hospitality setting.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Valid food handler's certificate.

Ability to travel and work in a multicultural environment.
