📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.,Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
