📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Leading and managing a team of store managers and staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Developing and implementing effective retail strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.,Monitoring inventory levels, ordering stock, and managing supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock availability.,Conducting regular store audits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.,Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Providing regular reports to senior management on store performance, sales trends, and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
