As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and implementing training programs for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees on HR matters.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other HR-related documents.,Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc HR tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.,Maximum age of 25 years.,Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
