📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide on-site IT support and maintenance for our clients' infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage IT systems using tools like ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Nagios.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.
- Document all IT activities and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and maintenance.
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
