PT Mahkota Melati is seeking a dedicated Deputy Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to manage inventory levels and streamline supply chain processes.,Monitor and track logistics activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Assist in the development and maintenance of logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and ensure seamless operations.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations to management on logistics performance and trends.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics transactions and activities.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff in logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs in the logistics industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
